DISCOUNTS

We offer several discounts, for example: bulldog points (referral points), discount coupons, and automatic discounts based on purchase quantities.  

Automatic discounts will be applied at checkout without having to do anything. If you have Bulldog Points or a coupon you can apply either to your cart at checkout.  When you apply another discount, the original discount will be removed.  Whichever discount you apply last will be the one that calculates your discount for that particular purchase. We recommend using the option that gives you the greatest discount because only one discount option may be used at a time.  

Discounts only apply to non-sale items.  If an item is on sale, it will not be calculated in your total discount.

We offer four (4) types of discounts: sale items, automatic discounts, coupons and Bulldog Points.

  • SALE ITEMS are items that have a discount applied already.  These items are usually severely discounted and are only on sale for a limited time.  These items cannot be discounted further with an automatic discount, coupon or Bulldog Points as they are already at a very good price.
  • AUTOMATIC DISCOUNTS are applied automatically and are usually based on quantity purchased or amount spent on an order. For example, we often offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount. 
  • COUPONS are applied by you.  Click on ‘My Cart’ in the top right corner and enter your coupon code in the ‘Coupon Code’ box and click ‘apply’. This will apply your discount code.  Note: there may be an automatic discount that will save you more money. If you chose to use a discount code it will override your automatic discount.  
  • BULLDOG POINTS are applied by you and are earned by referring us clients.  Just click the checkbox use ‘Bulldog Points’ at checkout to use your points.  If you use your points, all other discounts will be overridden. 

Note: Automatic Discounts, Coupons and Bulldog Point discounts only apply to items not on sale.  For example, if we offer an automatic discount for free shipping for orders $500 and up. In this example, this means the sub-total of non-sale items in your order must be $500 and up in order to receive free shipping. The same concept applies to coupons and Bulldog Points. This is because sale items are already severly discounted.

ORDERS

We have implemented a 200Euros/200USD minimum order.

To make changes to an order (to add, remove or change in anyway) please email us with the changes.  

For security reasons, if you create an additional order that is not fulfilled, our system will automatically suspend your account for 15 days.

EMAIL ADDRESS CHANGES:
Email us with changes from your original email address and we can change your account email address.  IF YOU CREATE A DUPLICATE ACCOUNT, BOTH ACCOUNTS WILL BE SUSPENDED.

BEFORE an order is placed: you can log into your account and change your address(s) OR you can email us with any changes.
AFTER an order is placed you must email us with changes to ensure your order is processed correctly.

Yes. Duplicate accounts cause problems for us and must be avoided. Creating a duplicate account for any reason results in immediate suspension of ALL accounts associated with you. Accounts are typically suspended for 15 days.
 
Yes. Duplicate orders and/or multiple orders that are not fulfilled cause account to be automatically suspended.

PAYMENTS

Store Credit (called Internal Credit on the old website).For Referral Credits see FAQ Referrals Section

IMPORTANT: Store Credits must be manually added to your order. By Clicking “Apply” store credit discounts? (See visual instructions below.)

You can use your store credit at checkout. If you have a store credit, it will be visible under your shipping options at checkout. Simply click on “Apply” and enter the amount you wish to apply to that order. 

IF CREDIT IS GREATER/MORE THAN ORDER TOTAL
If your credit is greater than your order total, then you will not owe anything else and the balance (credit you did not use) will be saved on your account.  For example, if your order is $90 and you have a credit of $100, then you a) click “apply” and enter $90 which makes your new order total $0 and you complete checkout.  The $10 credit you did not use stays in your account so you can use it later on another order. 

IF CREDIT IS SMALLER/LESS THAN ORDER TOTAL
If your credit is less than the order, then you chose another payment method to pay the balance.  For example, if your order is $100 and you have a credit of $75, then you a) click “apply” and enter $75 which makes your new order total $25. b) you select another payment method (WU, MG, etc) to pay the balance due of $25.

When you refer a friend your friend gets 20% of their first order and you get $50 off your next order (automatically applied).

HOW TO REFER A FRIEND

To refer a friend, go to the bottom of the website and click “Refer and Friend” or go to https://legitgear.cc/refer-a-friend/. Invite as many friends as you would like. Friends will receive an email with a 20% off coupon code. (Remember to tell them to check their spam folders.)

SHIPPING

The cost of shipping to the US is a flat rate of $40 for Priority mail which usually takes 4-6 days to arrive from the date it was shipped.
The cost of shipping to the US is a flat rate of $75 for Priority Express mail which is usually overnight. 
(Other countries vary)

We do regularly offer discounts on shipping. Please check the Current Discounts section for opportunities to save on shipping.

PLEASE READ ALL THE DETAILS

Shipments are shipped via USPS priority mail. Your tracking number(s) are sent to you in a confirmation email with all the shipping details.  Tracking number and shipping information can also be found by logging into the ‘My Account’ section.  PLEASE give 2 business days for the tracking number to become active. Afterwards it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to know and track the whereabouts of your package.

FICTIONAL: return address is fictional. If package gets lost in shipping we are not responsible. 


LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED/MISSING: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or missing packages.


DELIVERY PROBLEMS: It is YOUR responsibility to track your packages. If you find a problem, you must contact us 5-7 business days after your package is shipped and we will TRY to assist you. Remember, the return address if fictional, so there is not much we can do, but we do know some tips and tricks that may be able to help.


TRACKING: USPS is supposed to scan the package once they receive it. Customers should be able to check status updates via the USPS website (www.usps.com). You can track your package by going to www.usps.com and entering your tracking number(s). 


COVID: Since COVID the mail system has experienced weird Issues. Most packages arrive on time AND we have received customer feedback packages have been delayed. Also, it seems that in some cases, USPS only scans the packages halfway through to their destination. Also, customers have told us that they have received their packages even though the tracking number says it is still in transit. Since COVID the PO has been really f!@#$% up.

REGARDLESS, THE RETURN ADDRESS IS FAKE AND YOU SHOULD TRACK YOUR PACKAGE TO MAKE SURE IT GETS TO YOU!

SECURITY

There’s no other way to put it…In this business we see all types of crazy stuff. For example an entire brand of products will have holograms while one of their products will not. Common with one major manufacturer is having safety seals on 2/3 of their tabs, leaving 1/3 without any safety seal whatsoever.  In some cases packaging looks completely different from one type of product to another. We cannot explain this except to say that these products are produced all over the world.

What we can explain is our testing process. We throughly test all first batches of every product that we receive. From then on we do spot tests from every delivery and lot number we receive from all of our manufacturers.  We have and will continue to return products that do not meet Bulldog’s high standards and only sell those products that test as being high quality.

COVID IMPACT

During pandemic there was a shortage on everything. Including printing.
 
Many manufacturers used the packaging they already had for new products. As a result, brand new products have expired dates on the packaging. If this is the case, you will see a note in the product description.
